Our Philosophy
Crossland Design focuses on having a handful of quality client relationships. Our goal is not to have as many clients as possible, but rather to develop a small number of mutually beneficial relationships that will last.
As a business owner, you are not looking to jump through the hoops of finding a new resource every time marketing and sales needs arise that exceed the limits of what your staff can handle. Crossland Design wants to be the one supplemental resource that fills in the gaps and keeps your company moving and growing.
Our Flexible Monthly Approach
Crossland Design will discuss your foreseeable marketing and sales needs with you, and make a suggestion for a certain amount of hours of work that we will complete each month for your company, based on a big-picture marketing plan. Some months we will complete more hours than the targeted amount, other months we will complete less. Regardless, each month you will pay one consistent rate. We will simply keep a "bank" of hours until everything evens out.
