Professional History:
TINA CROSSLAND
Tina has worked in sales for over fifteen years in many industries including hospitality, advertising, trade show/conference, IT/telecom, and retail for both Fortune 500 companies and small companies. Recently she worked in the hospitality industry for hotels such as Marriott and Hilton. She held the Director of Sales & Marketing position for nearly four years for an award winning Marriott hotel in the Charlotte area whereby she increased revenue by 45% in one year. Her expertise is in marketing, lead generation, identifying sales opportunities through research and prospecting, creating marketing plans, competitive analysis, and market research reports.
CHAD CROSSLAND
Chad has worked in graphic and/or web design for over eight years in publishing, conference, marketing and freelance environments. He has held positions such as Art Director, Production Manager, Teacher of Graphic Design, Freelance Graphic/Web Designer, and Marketing Manager. In his most recent role as Marketing Manager for a successful IT company, Chad contributed to a revenue increase of nearly 50% over a period of three years. Chad founded Crossland Design in 2005, and has since provided graphic and/or web design services for a variety of companies ranging from Fortune 500 to small non-profit. Prior to learning the technical side of graphic design using computers, Chad received a BA in Art, studying traditional art forms such as Illustration, Printmaking and Painting.
